“We Pretended It Wasn’t Green” is an immersive art project by Newcastle based artist James Stephen Wright. The generative animation takes viewers through a surreal world where nature, perception, and climate ecosystems blur. The constantly changing narrative uses real-time earth data from satellites to influence the colours and movement.
Covered by the Science Centre ticket, it’s running throughout the festival with James also facilitating the piece on Saturday the 24th 11:00-12:00.
