This event focuses on examining and showcasing how effective teamwork and organizational structures can be improved by understanding and leveraging individual skills. The session accommodates both students looking to identify and promote their skills and more experienced individuals, guiding them in supporting team structures and identifying skills for future planning, particularly in the context of Agile design. The User-Centred Dojo is a welcoming community in the North East that brings together individuals from various roles to practice, learn, and connect with others. Our primary objective is to establish a safe and inclusive environment where people can support each other in learning, growing, and experimenting with new ideas.
